Virtual Happy Hour

Ditch the venue, not the party!  Virtual happy hour/cocktail classes are a fun way to get a group together, have a drink or two, and learn a great new skill. Classes are generally an hour long and consist of two cocktails with the same base spirit that highlight different techniques. Over the course of making and enjoying the drinks, we’ll talk about the history and classification of the spirit and cocktails, proper technique, and just enough theory to get everyone thinking about how they might make their own signature drink. In an effort to keep the whole thing social and fluid, I encourage questions throughout about anything and everything related to alcohol, bartending, bar etiquette, or professional surfing. Custom gift packages can be arranged for participants nationwide including high quality customizable bar tools, glassware, and local alcohol delivery.
