Mûred Vision
1.5 oz Basil Hayden’s Dark Rye
1 tsp Dom Bénédictine
.5 oz Blackberry Puree
.5 oz Lemon Juice
4 oz Faire La Fête Brut
Combine all ingredients except champagne in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice, shake, and strain into a champagne flute.
Fill with Champagne and garnish with a long curly lemon twist.

Blackberry Purée
Blend 1 pint of fresh ripe blackberries on low to medium speed (minimizing the amount the seeds get blended) with 1/4 cup of sugar and a splash of water until the sugar has fully dissolved. Fine strain into a sealable glass container to be stored in the fridge.
